The Spanish firm has made the most of this event to present its latest two products, among other new ideas: the IMPULSE-E system for electronic drawer opening; and a tool for sliding doors in high kitchen modules, equipped with INDAmatic.
From 15th to 18th October, Indaux took part in the latest edition of Expo Sicam that, in its fifth year, has become the most relevant trade fair for the Italian furniture industry and the second most important in Europe, with visitors from over 90 countries spanning the globe.
At Sicam, Indaux introduced IMPULSE-E, its new electronic drawer opening system. By just pressing lightly, this tool automatically opens any kind of drawer: single walled, double walled or on any type of runner. IMPULSE-E completes the Getaria-based company’s range of movement technologies, alongside its two other systems on the market: INDAmatic for easy and smooth closing, and the IMPULSE push-latch to open furniture without handles. The IMPULSE-E system comes in a pre-assembled kit that can also easily be applied to existing drawers.
Another innovative product on the show was a new system of sliding doors featuring INDAmatic for high kitchen modules, completing the fitting offer for this home area. It is a simple and ergonomic alternative to traditional hinges or gas springs that can make use of 100% of space available inside the module. The user experience is completely streamlined as it incorporates INDAmatic for smooth, easy opening and closing. This sliding door system is applied to standard kitchen modules and doors without requiring any extra mechanics. It is suitable for use on columns or semi-columns.
