Indaux has exhibited at Interzum its anti-tilt safety system for its range of hangers, both seen and concealed. Safety is enabled automatically during the assembly process. Both products have been submitted for Interzum prizes.
In addition to the anti-tilt safety systems, Indaux has brought to this fair its latest innovations in sliding doors Junior 6-60 and Frontal, along with its new drawer Attractive, an improved eccentric 35mm spiral, the Delta x3, a hinged lifting strut that supports heavy weights and the Smart H, a new product category that incorporates the connector inside the shelf.

NEW PRODUCTS
Scarpi 4 Anti-Tilt. This is an advanced safety system for the Scarpi 4 visible hanger. Its main characteristic is that it provides the safety requirements on its own, there is no need to change the installation procedure, include an additional step nor change the assembly instructions. It is activated automatically on fitting the trim cover.
Traser 6 Anti Tilt. This is an advanced safety system for the concealed hanger Traser 6, which includes a metal plate that acts as a safety element. The main feature is that the safety activates itself, without any need to change the installation procedure, or to include an extra step or to change the installation instructions. The safety becomes active during the mounting process itself.
Komplet. This is a fully extracting telescopic runner capable of supporting weights of up to 30 kg and which guarantees a smooth and silent opening and closing movement. This solution is fitted with the latest version of the Indamatic damper and allows three types of adjustments: height, width and depth. The aim of this runner is to offer furniture manufacturers an efficient cost option for converting furniture with partial extraction into full extraction items.
Indamatic 2.0. Indaux has reviewed its range of INDAmatic patented shock absorbers, with the aim of minimizing the force required for opening of drawer fronts and cabinet doors, as well as absolute silent and smooth closing.
The new INDAmatic absorbs all energy that provides the user a greater feeling of smoothness. The system allows to regulate both the opening and closing force, thus increasing the functionality of the unit. The result is a fully smooth experience, both during opening and closing of the unit.
Exc 35. The Ø35 spiral cam is a fixing system patented by Indaux. Manufactured in a single piece, does not require external fixing systems and provides a sturdy joining solution. At Interzum 2017, Indaux will showcase a newly designed cam with a new look and the same reliability. This joining system for panels is the solution for heavy loads with 500 Kg resistance. The risk of any possible loosening due to vibration is fully cancelled.
Smart H. It is a yet another step in the Indaux concept of design: fittings should simplify the assembly of furniture by the end user as much as possible and offer creative solutions to manufacturers.
A few years ago, Indaux introduced the user-friendly connector for panels SMART with bolt included combining assembly and support functions of shelves. Now we have gone a step further in our commitment to innovation and have launched the SMART H. This new category of product incorporates the connector inside the shelf, greatly enhancing the aesthetics of the cabinet.
The Smart H makes it possible to create customizable furniture, where all shelves are the same, thus saving the end user the trouble of figuring out what the top or bottom parts are. For the manufacturer it means simply buying one single reference, sending the product pre-assembled and reducing the instructions and packaging to a minimum.
Attractive. In our constant target of fulfilling our customer’s needs, Indaux launches the new Attractive double wall drawer. Minimalist design, refines esthetics and a complete customization including different heights and finishes. Equipped with a 30 kg load capacity runner ensuring one of the smoother opening and closing. The INDAmatic cushioning system provides a gradual and silent closing, even at full load.
