Indaux’s distributor in South Korea, Kp International and furniture manufacturer Livart recently visited the factory through a reverse mission organized by Indaux and supported by the Habic Group. Thanks to this visit, the Korean manufacturer belonging to the Hyundai Group had the opportunity to get to know Indaux’s extensive product portfolio in detail.

Livart was impressed by Indaux’s degree of industrialization and praised its know-how and flexibility in adapting to the industrial needs of the manufacturer. As a result of the mission, the ties between KP International, Livart and Indaux have been greatly strengthened.

Junior 1, the fashionable fitting

MINET Ambiance Zodiaque Coffre de lit ferme Blanc Carbone

The latest decorative trends in bedroom furniture show an increasing stronger preference in light door wardrobes with less drawers as a storage solution. This solution offers different design possibilities, providing the room a new appeal. A good example is the Zodiaque furniture, presented by Minet last December at the “Esprit Meuble” fair in Paris.

The wardrobes are mounted on the Junior 1 sliding door system, simple but at the same time of a high quality, as it allows the profile to be fitted into the furniture. The Indaux Junior 1 system for doors up to 12 kg is equipped with a guide on which the wheel is supported, to ensure a perfectly smooth sliding, and a precise adjustment to two millimetres.

As for living rooms, the trend is to include sliding doors on modular furniture, to make the most of the available space, and to keep a practical and functional look, as can be seen in this Kit that Richelieu has launched for the USA and Canada market.

Junior 6/60, a response to the materials saving demand

Making better use of cabinet space is a continuous demand from consumers and decorators. To satisfy this, some manufacturers have started to offer narrower fronts, which in addition to adding centimetres, allows the manufacturer to save costs in finishing materials, such as aluminium.

The Junior 6/60 is a sliding door system for built-in cupboards that only takes up 60 mm of depth, supports loads of up to 50 kg and offers light sliding and progressive soft-close, thanks to the INDAmatic system.

In addition, Indaux has launched a new range of finishes for its handles and trims which includes rust, iron, matt black, matt white, brushed and bright stainless coverings.
