The video tutorial for the Scarpi 4 is added to the YouTube channel

Anti-tilt hangers have become a product in high demand as a result of the new European furniture safety regulations. Indaux offers two types of anti-tilt mechanism: the visible Scarpi 4 Anti Tilt hanger and the concealed Traser 6 Anti Tilt hanger. Both have an advanced safety system which activates during the assembly process.

Indaux has just published a video tutorial on its YouTube channel about the Scarpi 4 Anti Tilt hanger, which activates the safety system automatically when the cover trim is fitted. The video shows the assembly process step by step and the adjustment dimensions. It is an instructive and dynamic video tutorial, similar to those previously published to show the assembly of the Komplet telescopic slide and the sliding door system for Junior 6 cabinets.

Indaux has launched a new video tutorial that shows the assembly of the Junior 6, its system for cabinet sliding doors. The tutorial shows step-by-step the installation process for the cabinet doors with this fitting, which is surprisingly easy to assemble and adjust. The Junior 6 is equipped with the INDAmatic soft close mechanism and a large wheel that provides lightness to the sliding and ensures a smooth but effective closing of the door. Once assembled, the door hardly presents resistance to opening and has an anti-tilting system to prevent the door oscillating on both opening and closing.

Komplet, simple assembly

To accompany the recent launch of the Komplet telescopic runner, Indaux has produced a tutorial video which shows how simple it is to assemble, as well as its adjustment possibilities. It is a fully extractable runner that supports loads of up to 30 kilos and offers progressive and silent sliding, as it incorporates the Indamatic patented damper. The Komplet is a high-performance product which has been warmly welcomed by customers, as it offers quality at an efficient cost level.

The latest decorative trends in bedroom furniture show an increasing stronger preference in light door wardrobes with less drawers as a storage solution. Junior 6/60, a response to the materials saving demand

Making better use of cabinet space is a continuous demand from consumers and decorators. To satisfy this, some manufacturers have started to offer narrower fronts, which in addition to adding centimetres, allows the manufacturer to save costs in finishing materials, such as aluminium.

The Junior 6/60 is a sliding door system for built-in cupboards that only takes up 60 mm of depth, supports loads of up to 50 kg and offers light sliding and progressive soft-close, thanks to the INDAmatic system.

In addition, Indaux has launched a new range of finishes for its handles and trims which includes rust, iron, matt black, matt white, brushed and bright stainless coverings.

The production line for the Komplet runner is now at full capacity

Indaux has now delivered the first orders for the Komplet full extension runner, a high-performance product that has already received a great reception at international exhibitions. The installation of this advanced manufacturing line was completed a few weeks ago as part of Indaux’s continuous reinvestment policy, to which 10% of its annual turnover is allocated. It is a completely automated high-efficiency production line which allows Indaux to manufacture the runner at a reduced cost keeping the high quality of the product.

 

The first orders for this drawer, in sizes 350 and 500 mm, have now departed to Korea, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, India as well as closer markets.

The Komplet full extension runner is designed to support loads up to 30 kg. The application of the latest version of the Indamatic soft-close device provides a very smooth and silent movement. This runner has been put onto the market with three adjustments: height; width and depth. The purpose of this product is to offer the market the potential to convert partial extraction furniture into full extraction at a reasonable cost.

Indaux launches its Junior sliding door system 6-60

Indaux has just released the Junior 6-60, a runner door system for built-in cabinets that allows further optimisation of space. The Junior 6-60 is tailored to new-builds with an improvement of space in the closet, as it only occupies 60 mm in depth.

It is easy to assemble, brackets with guides are fitted at the top of the door and at the bottom there is a very accurate roller system.

t is compatible with the INDAmatic soft closing system, notable for its ease of sliding and smoothness but effective closing of the door. The fitting supports loads of up to 50 kg.

DELTA x3, the multifunction fitting from Indaux for supporting heavy weights

Delta x3 of IndauxDelta x3 is the practical and ergonomic solution from Indaux that meets industry needs for a strut that lifts hinged doors or for quality cabinets, and that supports heavy weights. The idea is to apply the concept of dropping down or lifting a furniture door to a larger size item, such as folding tables, while maintaining the functionality of the friction force control and aesthetic of the Delta.

 

Delta x3 has its own technology, which combines a braking system with a retention system for smooth and gradual opening and closing, as well as offering intermediate door positioning. In this fitting, Indaux has managed to combine high performance with the harmony of forms and silent movement of the opening and closing action. This product answers the request of a customer for a strut suitable for mounting foldable work tables, and will be exhibited at Interzum 2017 which will take place in May in Colonia. The aim of Indaux with the Delta 3 is to broaden the market for this product and transfer the success of the Delta in kitchen furniture to the home furniture and auxiliary furniture sectors.
