Indaux, new growth challenges for 2020

  • Under the motto, “Growing to meet your needs,” Indaux presented at Interzum 2015 its latest innovations
  • The manufacturer and developer of furniture fittings supports its growth objectives with a continued investment strategy: in its production plants, in innovation, and in the relationships with their customers and employees

Indaux did not miss its meeting with innovation at Interzum where it presented its very latest creations to the international furniture industry, such as the new sliding doors systems for cupboards or the innovative KOMPLET platform for high-end drawers. As reflected in the slogan chosen for this year, “Growing to meet your needs”, Indaux continues to grow with a renewed range and services, bringing it closer to the customer.



Growing internally

The furniture fittings manufacturer company has been working in recent years on a process of internally strengthening its assets, along three main lines: the establishment of a new and unified engineering centre for product development, the increase of the industrial capacity in the European Union and a new branding strategy.

Mikel Arzallus, Indaux Commercial Director: “We invest in our locations both in knowledge and in machinery so that our fittings have the maximum quality and innovation and bring the highest value to our customers”, explains.

“We have also enhanced the intangible values of the brand, to better explain what we are and what we do. Taking advantage of the 50th anniversary of the company, we renewed our corporate image, and presented our company motto, Smart Simplicity, a message which highlights Indaux’s added value, that is, the creation of products which make our clients shine as well and makes life easier and more comfortable”, Mikel Arzallus follows.

Growing outward

Indaux has also begun a multi-location strategy, with the opening of new production sites; an example is is Indaux’s new affiliated company in India, a joint venture with local industrial partners. At the same time, strategic alliances with European industrial groups of the sector are being formed in order to achieve greater market access.

“Our vocation as global partner for our customers has led us to forge new partnerships with major European players in the sector, as well as the establishment of new sites, without losing our industrial roots. We will continue to provide knowledge and technology to our partners and products, with greater proximity to the needs of our customers and associates”, says Mikel Arzallus.

Growing towards the future

Indaux continues to expand its catalogue of solutions, at Interzum the Getaria based company introduced a range of new proposals: 3 new sliding doors systems, SISTEMA-5, JUNIOR-10 and FRONTAL; the KOMPLET system, Indaux’s new platform for the creation of high-end drawers; CLEVER FIT, a universal front adjuster for drawers; the enhanced TRASER-8, now with active safety, anti-tilt effect; or the latest generation of INDAmatic system, which has been completely redesigned for an extremely smooth opening, and is now renamed as INDAmatic-120, due to its 120mm progressive closing.

“The creation of new products and constant improvement is only possible with innovation capacity and technology, therefore Indaux, following its Strategic 2015-2020 Plan, will continue to invest in Europe, to progress in our essence as manufacturers, motivated by providing our know-how during each phase of the process, from concept to after-sales service”, concludes Mikel Arzallus.
