The two Getaria Rowing Club boats, sponsored by Indaux, have had a successful start to the rowing season. The female crew is the clear leader on the Cantabrian female rowing scene, after becoming champions of Gipuzkoa and of the Basque Country, and runners-up in Spain, in the category of small rowing boats. More recently they have also won the Gipuzkoa and Basque Country championships in the rowing boat category.
The men’s team, in the ARC-2 rowing boat league, has won a major victory in the recent Pasajes regatta, and hopes to gain promotion to the ARC-1 league. We would like to congratulate both teams on such a magnificent start and wish them a very successful season.
